Using your own internal code of conduct and other relevant policies (including diversity, professional standards etc) delegates are taken through the key information they need to understand what is required of them in your organisation and why. A uniform approach to setting standards that educates and protects both employees and the organisation.
Different sessions can be run for employees and contractors/suppliers as required, usually containing variations on the content. Valuable to use as part of an induction for new starters too.
