Why work with us?
A complete solution for employers
We can, from the most senior to the most junior in the room, provide reassurance, guidance, practical but empathetic support, and a non-judgemental training environment. Our training and HR support relating to this new legislation is designed to inform, educate and keep our clients safe.
We’re not interested in dramatics, or in provoking, alienating or escalating issues. Let’s all learn and develop as, at the end of the day, who doesn’t want to work in a respectful environment that is (as far as any workplace can be) free of conflict!
“The advice given has always been efficient and professional when dealing with internal procedures. It’s very reassuring for us having the Jaluch team to hand”.

Comprehensive training
To help your organisation stay ahead, we have an eLearning module: respect in the workplace – a focus on sexual harassment. This is an interactive module designed to engage employees and reinforce key legal and ethical standards in the workplace.
We understand that digital learning isn’t appropriate in every situation and particularly with a topic such as sexual harassment. For industries or roles where, personalised training is more effective, we offer live sessions, tailored by job level and sector to ensure relevancy and engagement. Please get in contact with us for quotes for both eLearning and our live sessions.

Why is this important?
Employers need to comply with the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill, effective from Oct 2024, which strengthened protections against sexual harassment in the workplace. This legislation introduced a new duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent harassment, with a potential 25% increase in tribunal awards for non-compliance.
By partnering with us, you will not only meet compliance but create a workplace culture where respect and safety are prioritised.
