How well do you listen? The truth is, we tend to say we’re a lot better than we really are! If you want to put your listening skills (or your teams) to the test, then this course will give you the opportunity to do just that. Through a series of engaging interactions, you will delve into some of the ‘blockers’ to active listening and understand more about the significance of observation, discovering how nonverbal cues and visual signals can impact what we ‘hear’.

Duration

This course take around 40. minutes to complete. Which includes reflection time. We can accommodate requests for shorter “bite-size” courses, or longer courses. Please see customisation options below.

Individual licences

If you are an individual looking for training for yourself, are purchasing on behalf of a business with a small number of employees, or don’t have your own LMS then purchasing individual licences will likely be the best option for you.

We will set up and manage your users, as well as providing course completion reports (if purchasing as a business).

SCORM file

If you have your own SCORM (1.2 or 2004) compliant LMS, you can purchase a SCORM file from us. This is often the most cost-effective option for larger groups of users.

Customisation

This is an “off-the-shelf” course, which can be used straight away, but each aspect of the course can be customised if required.

Customisations range from simple rebranding – logo replacement and re-colouring the template to match your brand guidelines, to a full bespoke package where we can tailor the course to your organisation’s exact requirements.
